Fifteen new students are selected each year for the 24 month CAGS/MSD program. 十个 students are selected for the 1 year 研究员hip program. JU requires all applicants to go through PASS however we DO NOT participate in MATCH. Completion of the PASS 应用程序 can be done at www.adea.org.
The following documents are required for the PASS 应用程序:
- U.S. or Canadian Dental School Transcripts or equivalent if international
- Institutional Evaluation Form (IEF)
- Essay stating goals and purpose
- 3 Professional Evaluation Forms (PEF)
National Board scores (if applicable) are reported on the dean’s report and are not required to be submitted directly to the program.
As this is a self-directed 应用程序, it is the applicant’s sole responsibility to ensure the 应用程序 is complete and received on a timely basis.
If you want to apply for both the JU Residency and JU 研究员hip programs you do not need to complete a supplemental 应用程序. You only need to complete the ADEAS PASS 应用程序.

The 应用程序 must be submitted electronically via ADEA通过. The 应用程序 session for the class entering in 2024 will be from May 14 - September 1, 2023. There is no supplemental JU 应用程序 requirement.

JU Minimum Requirements for U.S. 学生
- DDS/DMD or equivalent
- INBDE得分
- Letters of recommendation (3) from either the Dean of your Dental School, or Dental School 教师, or other Professional Colleagues; all of whom can attest to the character and background of the applicant
- Autobiographical sketch stating goals and purpose
JU Minimum Requirements for 国际 学生
- 国际 dental graduate students must possess a U.S. or Canadian Dental Degree or the educational equivalent as determined by the Program Director of the School of 口腔正畸学.

- TOEFL scores above the 90th percentile (270 computer, 610 paper)
- Letters of recommendation (3) from either the Dean of your Dental School, or Dental School 教师, or other Professional Colleagues; all of whom can attest to the character and background of the applicant
- Autobiographical sketch stating goals and purpose
- Current US Visa (in case of interview)
所有申请者 need to have the ability to travel (current US Visa if applicable) 接受采访. Alternate interview dates are not available at this time. 所有申请者 will be evaluated on the uniqueness of their candidacy and the potential benefits that each candidate can bring to the program.

学费 for the 23-24 class will be:
- Domestic (Residency Program): $ 95,000 per year **
- 国际 (Residency Program): $140,000 per year
- 研究员hip: $ 60,000
** To be considered for domestic tuition rate you must be:
- A U.S. citizen or national;
- A U.S. permanent resident or other eligible noncitizen; or
- A citizen of the Freely Associated States: the Federated States of Micronesia and the Republics of Palau and the Marshall Islands.
To be an eligible non-citizen you must be in the U.S. for other than a temporary purpose with the intention of becoming a citizen or lawful permanent resident, and you must provide an Alien Registration Number, ARN.
